This moon and the ocean meditation is a specially curated meditation by Himalayan Yogi. Mind is like water, which needs to flow unendingly. Any stagnation can accumulate scars and emotions which drags you down from the space of happiness. With this meditation you will be able to understand and assimilate nuances of your mind, allowing it to flow like the ocean.
These mini episodes which air each Friday are on short guided sleep sessions. These ten minute sessions will guide you through gentle breath work, meditation, deep relations, visualisations, gratitude and affirmations, all to hold your hand and help you fall asleep!
