108-Guided Sleep Meditation-Energy Flow

This Energy Flow Meditation by Himalayan Yogi takes you through the bliss of deep relaxation through the subtleties of prana flow. Prana is the subtle energy within each of us. The subconscious impact of potent meditations are transformational, helping its to sleep safely and awaken with energy and bliss to embrace the journey of life. 

These mini episodes which air each Friday are on short guided sleep sessions. These ten minute sessions will guide you through gentle breath work, meditation, deep relations, visualisations, gratitude and affirmations, all to hold your hand and help you fall asleep! Play them each night to help your body shift into a parasympathetic mode where you can rest and heal.

On Wednesdays Deepa has conversations with awesome guests from all over the globe. On Fridays she and her husband Shyam offer guided sessions to help you relax, trust yourself and fall asleep. You can find meditations by Deepa under Sleep Whisperer and meditations by Shyam under Himalayan Yogi.

Shyam Prasad Nair has over 25 years of marketing and advertising experience. He is a Yogi, Organic Farmer, Wellness Consultant, Kundalini Yoga Expert who lived in the Himalayan caves and trained under his guru on the secrets of magical ancient practices. He has extensive experience in different fields and keen interest in human wellbeing. As a Life Coach he has been a catalyst for the transformative path for many health, wellness and spiritual seekers. Shyam heads marketing for Phytothrive Functional Nutrition.
