Dr. Edison de Mello is a Board-Certified Integrative Physician and a licensed psychotherapist. He’s the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of the Akasha Center in Santa Monica. He’s treated patients from across the spectrum using his signature east-meets-west approach. He writes for a variety of publications and is a frequent guest on integrative medicine podcasts. Dr. de Mello has written book chapters and articles for several publications. His most recent book chapter on Integrative Approaches to Addiction for Dr. Andrew Weil’s Integrative Library. His latest book, BLOATED, is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2021.
