Kate Smith has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education. She graduated with distinction from the United States Air Force Intelligence Weapons Instructor Course and is now a certified Functional Nutrition Counsellor and a certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner. She also worked for many years as a United States Air Force Intelligence Analyst and instructor. She is also a military spouse of 25+ years, a mother of two, has deployed around the globe, and lived all over the United States, as well as overseas. Kate and her family now call Colorado Springs their permanent home and she has a private nutrition practice there.
