Dr Shweta Kanchan is a sleep specialist  who got  fascinated with sleep medicine, and carried out post doctoral research work at King George’s Medical College. She was instrumental in organising several workshops and sleep educational programs and her book RPSGT PEARLS got wide recognition in the sleep community. She has several publications in various national and international journals and her work on sleep during COVID 19 pandemic was published in the prestigious Journal of clinical sleep medicine. She is certified by the prestigious world sleep society and also hold the RPSGT credentials which is gold standard certification of sleep technology. At present she is conducting two research projects on sleep hygiene practice.
