'Deepa has chosen to share her knowledge, acquired over the years. I congratulate her for taking on an essential but neglected part of our lives, especially in these days of television and mobile phones which have taken over our waking and sleeping hours.'
"Congratulations on writing this fascinating book on sleep, health and wellbeing. Based on my personal experience, I understand and know of your passion and expertise in the field of Ayurveda and functional nutrition, and how beautifully you bring them both together for the overall benefit of your clients. The book is truly a reflection of this love and dedication towards your work and calling. This book has been written from the point of view of sleep and its impact on health. It is very unique in the way that it has been conceptualized and presented – the way you analyse sleep and its disorders in relation to the use and functioning of the ten indriyas or senses. In particular, the book seamlessly brings to light the perfect and intimate interconnectedness of each of the systems constituting this body and mind. This renders the book to cover topics that extend to all aspects of health, and is not limited to just sleep and its influence. The book provides deep insights and urges one to explore the root causes of health issues rather than treating them symptomatically. It provides valuable information and easy-to-follow tools for transformation; and empowers the reader with practical, organic and traditional body-and-mind practices that are not only invigorating and therapeutic but also have the immense potential for wholesome and holistic healing. The ten senses protocol covers everything one needs to get started. It is a great guide for anyone wanting to jumpstart their journey towards healing, whether or not one suffers from sleep disorders. In my opinion, I wouldn’t know anyone that wouldn’t benefit from reading this book. It is a must read for those interested in gaining awareness on the topic of holistic health and wellbeing."
