Our Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund  policy lasts 1 Day( 24 hours). If after your purchase of our online programmes and you have utilised the login credentials and successfully registered for the programme  since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you will have furnish a valid reason and have not utilised the login and sign up for our programme. 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your  request for refund is received the same will be verified for eligibility. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 5 to 6 working days (weekends and business holidays not included), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
