The Single 60 Minute Consult is a great option if you are unable to commit mentally, physically or financially to our Signature Program. Before the consultation, you’ll fill out a wellness questionnaire that will get you ready to talk with Deepa about where you have been in your state of health. You’ll come away with recommendations on understanding present triggers that are impacting your health, what and how to eat and how to optimise a daily routine.Lab assessments are not a part of this.
